Essential Leadership Skills
Build the skills to influence, motivate, and get results through people, while building your reputation as a strong, respected, and trusted leader.
Have you wondered why some people are able to inspire, motivate and get the best out of their teams—regardless of the challenges they face? At the same time, why do other leaders struggle to get the respect, traction or results they desire?
We analyse the critical differences between leaders and leadership styles and put you on track to being a successful, well-regarded, leader of people and work.
When you complete this course you will understand and apply the essential leadership skills that ensure you stand out as an effective leader, give you the confidence to make sound decisions, and make it simpler and easier for you to lead people and projects to achieve greater results.
In designing this course, we have drawn on both practice and theory to ensure you can understand and apply these skills immediately to see results. We’ve researched the leadership traits and styles of over 3,000 middle managers and senior leaders across public, private and not-for-profit sectors, including undertaking the largest analysis of leadership in the public sector ever undertaken in Australia. We’ve also drawn on contemporary knowledge from psychology, neuroscience and leadership journals and literature to inform your learning.
With experienced facilitators and leading global content, this course will accelerate your progress as a leader and help you achieve greater results through people.
In essence, these are the Essential Leadership Skills needed for your success.
